Effective immediately Maddington Industrial Supplies has closed. The closure has been brought about by the current and continuing economic downturn. We regret that we were left with no alternative other than the action taken. All outstanding accounts will be met in full by offsetting credits against unused stock and cash. Rather than have a liquidator appointed the owners intend to wind the company up in a timely manner and honor all outstanding debts. Please, by way of this communication advise your staff not to accept further purchases from this company and ensure that all outstanding invoices have been tendered by months end. It is our intention to have all affairs wound up and accounts paid by the end of the financial year. Thanking you in advance for your support and forebearance.
